How can we break through to the life we are wanting?

You are not who you were. Life has changed. You have grown. Let go of who you think you are. Stop believing your story. For you are both less and more than what you believe. Loosen the hold of your beliefs upon your self. It is time to be just be.

Don’t do the same thing every day. Avoid routine for a while. Try to do something new at least every other day. Even it’s something small and trivial, do something new. We want you to open your mind and state of being. New things will help you to break away from your mind, and then you will able to break away from your current state of be-ing.

Push less for what you are wanting, and you will receive more. If you can do this, you will see that your interactions with the world, with people, will be much easier. Your relationships will be more true. Your life will flow more smoothly. Everything will be less of an effort, and more of a joyful experience.

You have a joyful life waiting for you. It is being held in escrow for you right now, and it’s there, we promise it is. All you need to do is open your hand to receive. You must open your hands and let go, or you can’t catch it. You must let go of your ego, of who you think you are, who you think you need to be, and stop searching for things to make you happy. Things won’t make you happy. Love will. Life will. Your heart will. Forget who you think you have been, who you think you have become. Just be you.

It is time to let your higher self IN to your life, so that you can become a fully integrated being. Only then can you truly do what you have wanted. Only then can you truly be happy. Only THEN can you truly move to a higher plane of being. It is the next step in your evolution, and it is crucial.

If you can’t do it for yourself, do it for the people around you. Become a beacon of light to those around you, not through your accomplishments or beauty or possessions, but through your full integration and high vibrational frequency. That is the only real way to shift the world. That’s the best way your family can benefit from you. SHINE. Just shine.

You have much work to do. Work of spirit. Work of the soul. Work that is not work in itself, but for so many of you it is hard because you have spent so much time convincing yourself of the value and enjoyment of toil and being serious. You have spent so much time believing that you should save the world and everyone you meet, when in fact the only way to actually do that is to just shine, and shine, and shine. The only way to bring others to your cause, to attract light and uplift others is for you to also be light. White light is ALL light, all colors, even the dark. Do not exclude, do not pick and choose. Do not get attached. Just be free, be wild, be joy-ful and living will come more easily.

Even if you can’t do this, life will go on. You will persist. But we would so like for you to do more than persist, more than exist. We would like to see you transform. We would like you to be as the sun, a source of light and pure joy so bright that anything in your vicinity can not help but grow and transform as well. This is the ability and the charge of all humanity. Be who you really are. BE-gin.

The Earth was Rumbling, Tumbling

Several of you have asked the question: Yesterday there was an earthquake in Virginia that was felt up and down the coast of the East of the US. This is so unusual. What does it mean?

Let us start with the obvious. The world is not ending. You are not all going to die. It is not the rapture, or armageddon, or whatever you like to call it. But yes, changes are coming, you are in the middle of a massive shift in consciousness, a global evolution of spirit that is shifting your very DNA and the world around you.

The Earth is excited! She is glad that you are finally catching up with the shift she began preparing a thousand years ago. The earthquakes in the US were important reminders to your country that their is no one that is immune to these changes. Things cannot stay the way they are. You must shift. You must awaken.

How to embrace this shift? Open your hearts. Be ready for all blessings. Take nothing, no one for granted. Be aware of your effects of your interactions on others, and on the world around you.

Hello World!

Are you fully tuned in to your surroundings? Are you paying attention? If you are, you should be feeling rather well. There are signs and good vibrations everywhere these days, most days. If you are not tuned in, or if you are focusing on old fear-based patterning, than you will not be feeling so well. The radiation that was released over your world has been transmuted and released, and geopathic interferences are currently at a minimum, as Mother Earth and her Angels are working hard to benefit the physical realms. Now it is your turn. Are you working hard to benefit the physical realm? Are you striving to benefit and improve your surroundings? Do not confuse this idea with a message to do good deeds and services. This is a message to be a t your best, at your most positive, at your most ardently PRESENT, so that those around you can benefit from your good energy. The better you are feeling, the better the world becomes.

Why does our dog lick himself so much at night? Channeled Advice from Eden

Dear Eden,

My dog licks and licks at the end of the evening when we go to bed, and again when he wakes up in the morning. My spouse and I find it very disruptive to the restful atmosphere we prefer for our sleeping and waking. What on earth is he doing? He doesn't do this the rest of the day, and he doesn't have any fleas or allergies (that we know of).

Dear sweetness,

Your dog licks at these times of day to clear his auric energy body. He is clearing it at the end of the day so that he can better journey and travel and disconnect from his physical body while he is sleeping. He does the same thing at the end of the day, but to root himself in the physical. If you pay more attention you will see that in the evening he licks all over his body, all the parts he can reach, whereas in the morning he primarily licks his root chakra areas, which are most effectively grounding. If this bothers you an your spouse, you might talk with the dog and ask him to complete his rituals outside of the bedroom, so a bit earlier in the evening and a bit later in the morning. Also, you might take some lessons from your dog, and do a bit of “auric brushing” yourselves!

Dear One,

Aside from the issues you are both working on, there is another element of your relationship that you must address, which is the energetic attachment you are experiencing. During this time of separation you must learn to gather your energy from within your self, by connecting to Source and the Earth on which you live. Both through grounding exercises and through extending the reaches of your aura you can connect to these energies and better fuel your soul and body.

As a child, as most humans, you were taught to disconnect from your natural energy sources and to rely upon your parents and other love/care-givers for energy fulfillment. As you grew, you transferred this energy drawing to your peers, particularly those to who you felt a strong love bond. This is not unique nor should you feel bad about this – it is merely the way it has been with Humans for thousands of years, and part of what human evolution is ultimately striving to correct. So now you are addicted to your lover's energies. They have been removed from you and you feel tired and upset. If you use this time to focus on gathering more energy from the sources we have spoken of, you will feel much better and be able to process your own evolution more swiftly and efficiently. A message for the time:

Do not gather up the fear. Do not carry fear with you in your arms, or on your backs. Do not bear tidings of fear to your family or friends. Do not partake in the meals of fear which your media likes to serve up. Do not share the fear. Do not fertilize it with imaginings or with your energies.

Sow the love. Sew the love. Piece it together from the little patches of perfection in your life. Be thankful for what is wondrous, be appreciative and talkative about your blessings and the blessings of others. Water your seeds of love with conversations of hope and thanks. Watch the love grow throughout your life and your town and your world.

The love is spreading. Do not allow fear of storms, of finances, of loss or loneliness keep you awake at night. The world is infinitely better off than it has been for thousands of years, since before the time in which you histories are remembered. Yes, it has been even better before – but we promise you it will be again. Read fiction. Meditate. Dwell on all the possibilities, for it is in your minds that the new world is born. It is in your dreams and imaginings that new energy sources are created, that new societies are built, that families begin and love dwells.

Love the life you are leading. If it is difficult for you now, find just one little corner of your existence which you can be happy in, and nourish that corner until it becomes an entire wall, and then a foundation, and then a room, and a house, and a world and someday soon you will find that your entire life has become better than you can ever have dreamed of. Do not dwell upon the hows or the whys or the whats. Just love. Be as joyous as you can. Find the moments in your day and expand them.

Now there is something most of you humans have been yearning for throughout the millennia. Today is no different – except that the era of peace has begun. It has been a slow, quiet infusion into the culture of your world. It began in the last few decades of the twentieth century, as the young people of your world began to vocally demand peace – in their countries, in their schools, in their homes. There has been much rebellion against the regimes of war, hate and anger. Often there have been several steps forward followed by a few steps back. That’s OK. It’s all part of the dance. Life IS more peaceful than it used to be, we promise you. Overall, there are fewer abused children. Overall, there are fewer people in fear of their belongings or lives being taken by invaders. Overall, there are fewer people fighting.

Many governments still approach war as a solution to end violence, this is an old, old program that is slowly coming to an end on your planet as more and more people and countries learn what beauty there is to the process of working together towards the common goal of life and love.

Would you like to help the process move along? It’s very simple. Extend peace to those around you. Forgive everyone. Love everyone. Yes, even that rude cashier at the market. Let it go. Imagine that. Dear One,

This month is the month of joy and growth and new beginnings. It is the month that will let you know all your hard work, all your hard winters, are over. The rewards begin to pour in. The new times become evident. Much is shifting, and you will KNOW it. You will see it. You will feel it all around you.

You have all been working so very hard. You have all been trying to become better people, to live better lives, to have better days. It has not been easy, this winter of clearing and working, clearing and working. There has been much detoxing, manifesting throughout you all as colds and viruses. There has been much snow and wind and weather, as nature decided to help you all with your shifting. There has been much anger and fear and sadness. And joy, many of you have felt joy, too. But also so much pain this winter.

We want you to know that now, this time of intense clearing is coming to an end. Of course, you may each choose to do more work and clear, but it will become easier, much easier. Each day forth, it will be easier to clear you DNA, your karma, your reality. It will become easier and easier to shift your realities and become the people you are wanting so badly to be.

Why are the changes so overwhelming these days and what can we do to better cope with them and learn from them?

Lately i noticed so many things that are hard to cope with, happening on a personal and global level. Sometimes i understand or at least i believe i understand what the lessons are that they are trying to teach us, but sometimes everything just seems so overwhelming and chaotic and i feel lost. Why are all these changes so overwhelming these days and what can we do to better cope with them and learn from them?

You are so, so, not alone! What you, and many others, are experiencing is nothing less than a quite massive clearing. Unfortunately, clearings rarely occur with sunshine and flowers. In order to clear out old issues, stale energies, and negative patterning, the bad must be brought to light. This is rarely pleasant or easy, particularly because you humans tend to become enamored of routine and attached to the negative patterns, so that with time they begin to seem almost positive, and certainly seem easier and more pleasant to bear than the process of change could ever be.

So right now, on earth in many areas people are experiencing change on both personal and global levels. Negative patterning is being brought to light and transmuted or released.

What you would like, we know, is how to deal with this all more easily, how to adapt more swiftly and joyfully. The first thing to do is to pay attention to what is bringing you down – note what exactly it is. Now, turn your attention to what you are wishing was happening instead: because THAT is what is coming next! Let go of the bad, and be ready for the good. Prepare yourself for happier times. Behave as if they are already here. Help your days go smoothly by smiling at people you don’t know – spread joy wherever you go, wherever you can, and know that it is on its way right back to you. The smiles you receive in return will life your heart, and lift theirs, too.

February 2011 and Year of the Rabbit, A Channeled Message from Eden

Dear Eden,

Today is the first of February, 2011, and soon we will be entering the year of the rabbit. What tidings will this new sign bring, and what can we expect in the coming month?

This month of February is a month of anticipation and new ideas. Right now, the inception of new ideas is taking place throughout your world, and as these new ideas take root in mass consciousness, a new world is being born. There are those among you who are right now, at this very moment, creating new forms of energy generation that will shape your earth for millennia to come. There are those among you who are, right now, envisioning an entirely different world societal order from anything that has been undertaken before. There are those among you, even today, who have just conceived of new ways to raise children that will create new family dynamics which will in turn raise generations that are more in tune with source energy and the spirits of nature. Animals are being born, today, yesterday, and tomorrow into your food industries that are bringing with them a new energetic paradigm for feedlots. Everything is shifting. This month, for many, will be a major beginning. But as we said – today is the sowing of the seeds. You might not realize it, or see the seeds, but they are there. Much as a new plant can appear without warning on your property in profusion, so will these new paradigms emerge everywhere, at once.

What have you been imaging? What new ideas have been in your dreams, in your mind? Do not be afraid to let them take root, to give them wings. For the ideas of today are the reality of your tomorrow, and all is be-coming and growing as it should be, as it will be.

Rabbit, in particular is a year of good fortune and increase. Use the energies of rabbit to encourage the breeding and rapid growth cycles of those things you want to grow. Do not give attention to that which you are not wanting, for that too will grow if you look at it too hard, if you think about it more than what you are wanting. Just as rabbits build their warrens and mazes, build your plans. Make your outlines of what you are wanting, and don’t be afraid to give your self more than one goal, more than one point of entry to your dreams, just as a rabbit warren has multiple entrances and exits. Warrens often have false entries to confuse predators – do not be afraid or upset if you experience a false start. Simply start again, with a clear idea of what you are wanting.

All will be well. All is well. There is naught to fear in this coming year, except fear itself. When you are feeling overwhelmed or fearful, take a page from rabbit’s book and go to ground. In this instance, we do not mean retreat or hide, but rather take the time to ground your self, to clear your mind and refresh your soul using the energies of the great Mother herself, the Earth. Commune with nature when life seems ill, and all will be well. You will be healed. Ask for help from the trees and the nature spirits if you are bewildered. Allow yourself to feel the healing love of the green ray, of the sun, and of the moon.

Well, the snow is as you know very clearing and beneficial. It is important that you all rest and relax and the snow is helping you to clarify what you are wanting: to work, to not work, to play, to not play. It helps so much. When one is repeatedly missing work because of the snow, one is able to really see how one actually feels about their work situation. Is one relieved? Is one sad to not be at work? Is one happier when they return to work? Are you better armed to meet the day after shoveling, after some physical work? These are the sorts of things you are learning from the snow, which these days is working as a great reflector of emotions and motivations.

Also, the snow is a tool of the nature devas to bring about balance for the plants and animals in their care. You humans are but a small part of that contigent, and the devas have much on their minds lately, trying to keep the peace between all the different kingdoms of beings..

Soon enough, the snow will melt. You will miss it! You will be surprised, but it is so.

Welcome, welcome, welcome! We are so excited to have you with us today. We have gathered our own energies together to better serve you all in this message for your coming year. There is so much that will be happening, so much that you will be able to DO. Everything is aligning in such a way, throughout the year, that the smallest intention to achieve will be answered almost immediately by an opportunity to put that intention into action and achievement. You can do anything you dream of, more so from this day forth than on any day before in your human history.

Do not be afraid. Do not be nervous. Do not fear omens or mistakes or misdeeds. All positive thought will be rewarded with positive potentialialty for manifestation, and all action incurred towards positive manifestation will be rewarded with achievement. Even the smallest signs must be heeded. Do not hesitate. Do not wonder if you are doing the right thing. DO NOT FEAR. Every action taken with joy and feelings of well-being, with truth and honor in your heart, will result in a better state of BE-ing in your reality. Every one. Every time. We promise that to you.

Those that are in tune with their emotional guidance system, with their higher selves or with god-source-divine-light, will have an easier time with this. A channeled message for December 2010: Shifting, Processing, Your Physical Body and Feeling Well

Right now your bodies are all shifting tremendously. The physical vehicles which your soul pieces inhabit are processing all the muck and goof your physical reality, and releasing each little bit at a time. This is manifesting all around you as little colds, big colds, physical discomfort, brain fog and overall discomfort. Why now? Because you are moving on, up and out! The earth that you are on is not the one which your other pieces will incarnate on soon. Everything is changing. The earth is changing. Your bodies are changing. Time space reality is changing. Why is this so? Because YOU have willed it. It is time for a change. The reality you are living is not working well any more, you are surrounded by pollution and too many people, too much crowding and fighting and too few resources. So you are all helping your world to shift, through your wanting and your needing, through your creative energies which are the same as the one who created you, and you are all creating a NEW earth. But each virus, each cold, each little warped cell and gene in your body is the result of an energetic distortion from your old or current reality, and cannot be allowed to come with you to the new. So you must transmute these energies, you must “read” them and process them, and release them, and so you are all experiencing dead cell throw-offs, head aches and head colds as these things are brought up and out into your consciousness and then released. All will be well. The only things you can do to process these things in a more comfortable way is help your body’s physical elimination processes (drink more water, eat healthy unprocessed foods, pollute yourself less) and be happy. Yes, you heard us: do things that bring you joy, for when you are joy-FULL your body and soul function at a higher, more efficient level. You are very , very blessed. We promise it is so. You are at the pinnacle of humanity right now, and reaching ever higher. Your higher selves are so happy with you all! Genetic Memory and "Junk" DNA

I believe strongly in genetic memory, not just of patterns and instincts, but specific memories built into the genetic code passed live from my ancestors. I have accessed knowledge, skills, and recollections that I’ve later been able to affirm. Also, in the native american tradition (among others), I have learned to rely on information “given” during dream time. I am curious what the mechanisms are by which information from earlier generations is stored. Is it in our genes or in our brains? Does size matter in genes, and do our scientists really know how to fully measure their information content? I wonder if genes might have a code, some type of homing device, that enables us to connect to some universally available information, that enables the brain to tune into that frequency. I also wonder about the difference between prophetic material versus memory material versus other information that doesn’t seem to be either prophesy or memory. In my experience, and that of others I know, each of these categories of information seem different, almost as if they have a different vibration. We recognize those thoughts that are prophetic as uniquely different. It’s been a lifelong question for me, as I’ve been accessing this information and having affirmations since I was in college.

Genetic memory is termed so because it is just that: genetic. Your DNA holds locked within it so many memories, so many secrets, that your science and reasoning cannot begin to detect or understand. The DNA of all living things shares many many strands. Do you know why this is so? We will tell you: it is because it holds within it the very instructions for translating the non-physical into the physical, all the history of all the living organisms that have ever, ever been on your planet that slowly and surely evolved into you, all the remnants of Source. All of you. You are truly ALL ONE.

This is the reiki symbol, the dot in a circle. This is its meaning: you are all one. It unlocks all your genetic potential, all your cellular potential, all your oneness and uniqueness at the same time. It unlocks ALL the power within the ONE. The dot within the circle represents so many things and you all know and recognize it. It is the basis for all life: both the sun, and the cell. Both the egg and the atom. If holds all within it. All one. All one. All one.

Your scientists call this DNA junk. You humans are so inclined to throw away everything that you do not understand, tossing it aside, instead of simply letting it be and waiting for the day when you can and will understand it. And that is OK. It is your world, to create as you will. But know that there is NO thing in your body that is junk. No part that is not needed. Nothing obsolete. Nothing irrelevant. All is used. Ultimately, your DNA holds all the information. You can access it individually through your brain, but if you knew the proper way to read and understand this part of DNA (this is far, far off, because it is not something that is expected or believed in yet by your scientists) you would not need the brain – you would translate directly from the DNA. Your pituitary gland holds the key to unlocking all your memories, while your pineal gland allows you to actually activate your imprints, your potentials, your manifestational realities.

Do different sources of information hold different vibrations? Yes and no. You assign them different vibrations so that you may hear their voices. Just as you all sound different, and yet you are all one. It is merely a mechanism that you have created so that you can differentiate between the source of your source material, because at this time it matters to you where information comes from. Ultimately, it is all one. But yes, you can have information from your head, and your higher self, and your old selves, and from us. We have been and remain one energy, but are all presenting differently. Just as each skin cell in your body is one DNA signature, but one is here, and one is there, one is a brown freckle, and one is not.

As far as a homing sequence: you are creating more work for your selves! ALL information is available to you at ALL times, in whatever way you desire. As with everything else, you must first desire to access this information. Then you must believe that you can, and expect that you can. Whatever method works to get you to this state of being, that is how you will be able to access your information. But really, all you have to do is want it and know you can do it. Actually believe it – not just think you could maybe sometimes somehow do it if you are very lucky or in the right place at a special moment.

You are all heart. You are so wide open and full of love, you feel as if you will burst. The process of EFT, wherein one taps on meridians in the fingers or other points, appears to be a body-mind process for releasing points of resistance to positive manifestation and a means of staying focused on the release activity by being physically involved. Would Eden discuss the process and why and how it works? Does Eden have any guidance on how to improve upon the EFT process or how to better facilitate releasing resistance?

EFT involves tapping on meridian points, which are also chakra and mini chakra points. They are centers of energy on the body where emotions are likely to be stored. Tapping on them helps them “wake up” or activate, so that they can more easily release emotions or blockages. Further, when one is tapping and talking, the tapping allows one to remain more aware of how the body is reacting to the words that the mind is forcing it to say. So good body sensations are noticed. At the time she prophesied, No-Eyes saw her present possibility more clearly than any other psychic of the day. But HER present possibility is not YOUR present possibility. Humanity has created a whole new host of present possibilities. Most are much more favorable to survival and JOY than hers were. Humans worldwide are bringing in more joy every day. Eden, Does excess weight have any meaning? Some say that excess weight is a protective layer or that it creates some deliberate limitation to optimum well-being or manifestation? Thanks, P.

They all correct, in a way. There are different levels and one main reason for excess weight. Excess weight is always stored by the body when it feels that there is reason to fear a lack of energy in the near future. In some cases, excess weight remains because one has drained their power supply so drastically, on such a long-term regular basis, that their body tries to store extra power (for extra weight can be consumed when needed) in an effort to do what they have not. On new parents, the weight appears because the body knows that there will be energy needed give off to the new child. In this era, when more fathers are helping energetically and emotionally with child-rearing, the fathers too are gaining weight during pregnancy. Because fear in the body is a main cause of excess weight gain, one must first begin to lose the weight, and thus their fear, before optimum manifestation or well-being can occur: fear in the body is the problem. Not the weight.

The value in single-tasking is that you are focusing all your will and intent on one idea or thought, and so you are empowering it with a clearer, greater burst of energy. This gives the thought a greater chance at becoming full reality, than if you are multi-tasking and not focused anywhere. However, there are different ways of multi-tasking. One can multi-task by doing many things for short bursts of time, focusing intently on each one at the time, this is the same as single-tasking. The key is to be aware of what you are thinking while you are doing something: for your thoughts and your actions should be as much in tune as possible for the greatest success.

Eden, I am getting older and feel I will never finish all I want to do. Do you have advice for me?

You feel as if you are rushed, as if you have to get this work done before you retire or before you finish this life. This belief will not help you finish your work any faster, or any better. You will never finish your work, for there will always be more you want to do. There will always be more that you can do. Your reality has been designed this way by you on purpose, so do not feel badly, and when you feel you are running out of time, remember that there is no such thing as time, except as a tool to help your elemental body translate the energy around you into a physical reality. You have all the time in the world, because you are all the time in the world. There is nothing you can dream of that you can not do, and there is nothing you can desire that you do not have time to achieve. And if you decide you want to come back in another life so you can “have time” to do more, you will. Let go, and enjoy your time.

The dreams all carry the same message: your crown and root chakras are out of balance with the rest of your body. They are, so to speak, cut off. They are as if they have been removed from your body, so shut down are they. Lizard is coming to you because it actually wants you to build a new root chakra for yourself, rather than reactivate your old one: just like a lizard can and does, so do you have this chance to create and integrate new chakras into your physical being. Anyone can integrate new and improved chakras into their being this way, at this time. A simple meditation begun with the following intention is all that is needed to begin the process:

“I intend to build and integrate new and improved root and crown chakras into my physical, mental, etheric, light and energy bodies. These new chakras will work more efficiently and at a higher level of vibration than the chakras they are replacing. They will allow me to integrate more of my own soul energy into my physical existence, more source energy, and more light, for my highest good and the good of all. The great mother goddess Hathor is the ultimate creator. She is shown with two cow-horns on her head, and a sun disc between them. But this is not how these things were always known. She did not become associated with cows until much later in her god-hood, and yet the horns were always there. The horns are not animal parts, but are physical manifestations of the two-pronged approach to CREATION. These two prongs are WILL and INTENT. Without both, there can be no purposeful creation. The “sun disc” between them, is the manifested energy of creation as it takes form, as it becomes. It is a THOUGHTFORM, a thought or idea become reality. Many of you are worries about the ecological disaster in the gulf, and we would like you to know that it was planned by the consciousness of your planet and the people on the planet, to assist you all in shifting away from your use of fossil fuels and towards the development of new energy technologies. Climate change is an elusive concept for most, and not very stimulating, but tangible, dirty damage to ecosystems that you can see and quantify without dithering is a much greater catalyst for you humans to enact change. Do not worry about the animals, for they too entered into this plan with goodwill and intentions, and are willing to play their own parts in the shifting of the planet. They are well, and will continue to be well, no matter what state you perceive them to be in.

Hurrican season will start earlier this year, and there will be a great storm soon, but again, do not worry or fear, for these are just the natural cycles of cleaning and clearing for the earth.

You have surrounded your bodies with many items that are not healthy for your bodies. Some day, this will not be so. But you have always been surrounded by various unhealthy things, and slowly, you figure it out. When you discover something is not good for you, the logical thing to do is either to eliminate its vibration from your vicinity, or to alter its vibration. You can intend for layers of your etheric shell, or aura, to be a filter or shield. When you intend or visualize this enough times, it will eventually become part of yor vibrational reality. Therefore, you can alter your etheric shell to become a more effective toxic screen around your physical and energetic body, so that nothing can reach you without being cleansed of its own toxicity. You can also use the old way of blessing your food and water and utensils with prayer or incense before you eat to purify their energy. Is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) a useful tool for me to use to create abundance? I find it intriguing, but I am not sure about how I feel about the negative phrase phase of tapping.

EFT is just another tool, but it is a very good tool for making your body feel loved and helping your affirmations penetrate all levels: spirit, mental, physical. The negative tapping can be left out if you wish, but it can be more effective with the negative tapping. In general, you are right, negative statements should be avoided at all costs: but here you are reprogramming from the negative to the positive, and your body knows that. The key is for your positive affirmations to be accurate and fully positive. The positive always outweighs the negative. Do not forget to be joy-full while you are tapping!

Ah yes, the trails in the sky. You have worried about them quite a bit, and your friends too. They are not anything major to worry about, we say. Your government is trying to slow global warming and also sometimes it sprays them to help cover up parts of the earth so satellites from other countries cannot see what it is doing. There are many secret operations. They are all very silly. There is nothing in these chemtrails that will hurt you or your children. They are not inoculating you against diseases or aliens.

You should also know that global warming does not pose a real problem to most of your people and species on the planet. Any species leaving the planet at this time is moving on to another planet for their continued evolution. All will be well

Global warming is not a problem for you where you are in the Northeast US. It will affect certain areas badly, and some animals will adapt and some will not. The climate you have on the planet is not the best climate you can have, merely the one you are most used to. The heat will level out, and more of the world will be like the tropics that your people flock to on their vacations. This is why: the planet is accommodating your desires for a leisurely planet. The hardships of the north, of the arctics, is not vibrationally compatible with the ease which you seek on your planet. The designation of the warming as a crisis is inaccurate, but good in that it spurs on your people to seek better ways of using and creating energy. Do you think that these animals are leaving without a choice? Do you think that they did not help create the world we live in? Again you humans give yourselves more power than the other beings on your planet. The earth is ascending. It is improving. Some species are choosing to move to another earth which is similar, but farther behind in its evolution, so that they can help there. Flying Dreams

Eden, Physicians generally say that people do not get sick from temperature changes and weather changes, but only from infectious agents. However, people around the world regularly experience becoming ill after experiencing changes in temperature and weather, and even from changes in settings. Is there any value in trying to manage the physical conditions around one, or to being very careful to dress according to the weather? Or is our attitude about well-being the key determinant to whether we experience illness from physical changes?

Reactions to “infectious agents” and weather are all dependent on the state of your physical, energetic and etheric bodies. When you are in a perfect state of being, on all levels, you can not get sick no matter what the infectious agent or setting is. If being cold makes you unhappy, it can also make you sick. If being hot makes you uncomfortable, it can also make you sick. If a strange hotel room is disturbing you mentally, you will also be disturbed physically. It is not so much your attitude about well-being, but your total state of well-being which determines how and when you experience dis-ease. If being dressed properly and being comfortable is important to your mental state, than you should definitely dress accordingly. If you are one of those beings who is comfortable in any state of physical being, then so much attention is not needed. One is not better than the other. It just is.

Is there a purpose for the different A, B, O, AB blood types? What do they mean?

The different blood types began at different times, as your scientists have seen. They are markers for the different levels of consciousness that humanity has achieved at different times. They do NOT show if people now are more or less evolved, more or less human, or an older or younger soul. They DO indicate what priorities the person begins with in this lifetime, the issues they will be most concerned with. O types will be learning lessons about provisioning for themselves and their families. They are here to focus on family life, on root chakra issues. Their most important lessons are about how to provide for themselves with grace and ease, and in turn help humanity evolve out of survival based existence and into a state of grace and joy. A types are the builders and engineers, the ones who are finding ways to organize whatever lessons humanity is learning at the time into a manageable reality. Their challenge is often to do this in a calm and easy manner, as they often feel as if they have the entire weight of humanity on their shoulders. B types are the ones who have come in to simply enjoy life, and to harmonize the other blood types together into a cohesive, happy, mass consiousness. Their challenge is to turn the illusions of sadness of those around them into joy, to purify mass consciousness without being tainted by the lower emotions. AB types are here to bring in new ideas and new lessons. Did you buy the plants with joyful anticipation or with deliberate thought? Or, were these plants thrust upon you by the goodwill of others or on someone else’s advice? Did you carefully look between plants of the same species to see the one that created a smile in your heart? If you and the plants are not a good energetic match, they will leave you in the only way they can: by dying and returning in another seed somewhere else, to someone else. Light and water matter, of course they do, just as you need sleep and food, but if the plants were joyous they would survive even poor conditions.

Building a Sweat Lodge

Dear Eden, I have been reading several books about sweat lodges and their construction and I don’t see that it's necessary to build it the way the Lakota or other tribes do it and I am wondering if a more modern construction with sauna stones will also work? Intent is everything. The strength of your will and the intention behind it is all that determines the outcomes of your ceremonies. If you believe that you need a particular construction, than you will. If you do not, than you don’t. You create your reality and thus you can create a sweat however you wish. What can you tell us about reincarnation? Why do some religions and tribal cultures have reincarnation as core belief, while others believe there is only this one life?

Reincarnation is real, but not every one comes back to this planet. So for some, there is just this one life. Some leaders have found it beneficial to spread the idea that there is only one life because that helps people focus all their intent on this life, and be more ferocious in pursuing their dreams. Others have decided their tribes would be happier without the guilt and regret that can come from a bad decision that may ruin this one lifetime, and that when one know you are coming back again, there will be time to redeem oneself. Single actions become less important than holistic evolution. It does not matter what one believes, for there are only two goals for souls incarnating on earth: to help the earth and her beings evolve, and to practice the art of creation and physical manifestation. There are endless ways to partake in these goals, and almost all beings on earth are doing so with great success.

Is there any sequence, system, or criteria for whether one comes in as a person, animal, fish, insect, reptile, etc.? And would plants also be part of this concept of reincarnation?

Yes, yes, yes, any that is energy can hold the spark of a soul within. You can live within a rock for a time if you wish. Your soul energy can be anywhere in the universe that it desires. It is often in several places at once, and certainly it is never all here on earth. There are many systems for reincarnation, and some criteria, but they are self-imposed by souls. Some souls enjoy following rigid paths of ascent, or staying with classes of species on planets. Others bounce throughout the universe with little planning. To come to Earth, souls have to be accepted into mass consiousness by the sun, who is the overlighting angel of your system. If one does not have the desire to work on earthbound evolution or creative physical manifestation, then one does come to earth. There are other places where one does not have to apply. This is simply one “school” of thought, here where you live.

I believe that I sometimes experience genetic memory, and even have some skills that clearly don’t derive from any study or effort in this lifetime? I feel that I can differentiate from those memories that are genetic, versus those that are from past incarnations, versus knowledge provide through spiritual connection in real time. Is this reasonable? What can you tell us about genetic memory, versus memories from past lives and versus knowledge obtained from tapping into source knowledge? How can we optimize our knowledge through these various means?
All knowledge is one. Know with your heart, and you will know what is true and what is not, what is needed now, and what is not. Use your body’s physical clues. Does this knowledge make you feel good? Then it is good. Pay attention to your “gut” for it is your knowledge editor, bestowed upon you by your greater self so that you can find your way on earth.

Dear Eden, When you write about intent, I am confused. What is intent, what does it mean? Thank you for clarifying! X.

Intent, or will, is the most important thing you can learn in this lifetime. In any situation, your intent is always what will determine the outcome. When you are clear about what you want, and do not dwell on that which you do not want, you will always attract that which you do want. There is no difference between what you intend, or will, and what you receive. That which you fight against, you only make stronger: far better then, for you to focus your intent and will upon that which you do want. Know what you want, and then allow yourself to receive it. Expect to receive it.

Do not worry about how to make what you want happen. Just be clear in your heart about what you desire, and trust that the universe will help you manifest that desire in an easy and expedient manner.
Good books for to read about this are “You can heal your life” by Louise Hay and the “The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent” by Esther and Jerry Hicks and Abraham.

Do not focus on that which makes you unhappy. Do not participate in conversations which make you unhappy or fear-full. Change the direction of your thoughts and words towards the light, and the dark will recede. Do only those things that make you feel joy, love, and fulfillment, and you will soon see the world around you begin to change to meet your desires, and to bring you more joy.
