Why are the changes so overwhelming these days and what can we do to better cope with them and learn from them?

Dear Eden, Lately i noticed so many things that are hard to cope with, happening on a personal and global level. Sometimes i understand or at least i believe i understand what the lessons are that they are trying to teach us, but sometimes everything just seems so overwhelming and chaotic and i feel lost. Why are all these changes so overwhelming these days and what can we do to better cope with them and learn from them? Thank you so much for all your beautiful and inspiring messages. You are so, so, not alone! What you, and many others, are experiencing is nothing less than a quite massive clearing. Unfortunately, clearings rarely occur with sunshine and flowers. In order to clear out old issues, stale energies, and negative patterning, the bad must be brought to light. This is rarely pleasant or easy, particularly because you humans tend to become enamored of routine and attached to the negative patterns, so that with time they begin to seem almost positive, and certainly seem easier and more pleasant to bear than the process of change could ever be.

Right?

Sound familiar?

So right now, on earth in many areas people are experiencing change on both personal and global levels. Negative patterning is being brought to light and transmuted or released.

What you would like, we know, is how to deal with this all more easily, how to adapt more swiftly and joyfully. The first thing to do is to pay attention to what is bringing you down – note what exactly it is. Now, turn your attention to what you are wishing was happening instead: because THAT is what is coming next! Let go of the bad, and be ready for the good. Prepare yourself for happier times. Behave as if they are already here. Help your days go smoothly by smiling at people you don’t know – spread joy wherever you go, wherever you can, and know that it is on its way right back to you. The smiles you receive in return will life your heart, and lift theirs, too.

Don’t worry about deciphering the lessons or messages so much – just do what makes you happy. Turn your attention to the light. Be in JOY. Enjoy your world. Seek pleasure and happiness. Be decadent. Live the life you are wanting – now.  When an event brings you down or confuses you, turn your attention to an opposite situation – for now isn’t it a little clearer what you would enjoy, what would make you happy? Now can you see where you are wanting your life to go, what you are wanting your reality to BE?

February 2011 and Year of the Rabbit, A Channeled Message from Eden

Dear Eden, Today is the first of February, 2011, and soon we will be entering the year of the rabbit. What tidings will this new sign bring, and what can we expect in the coming month? This month of February is a month of anticipation and new ideas. Right now, the inception of new ideas is taking place throughout your world, and as these new ideas take root in mass consciousness, a new world is being born. There are those among you who are right now, at this very moment, creating new forms of energy generation that will shape your earth for millennia to come. There are those among you who are, right now, envisioning an entirely different world societal order from anything that has been undertaken before. There are those among you, even today, who have just conceived of new ways to raise children that will create new family dynamics which will in turn raise generations that are more in tune with source energy and the spirits of nature. Animals are being born, today, yesterday, and tomorrow into your food industries that are bringing with them a new energetic paradigm for feedlots. Everything is shifting. This month, for many, will be a major beginning. But as we said – today is the sowing of the seeds. You might not realize it, or see the seeds, but they are there. Much as a new plant can appear without warning on your property in profusion, so will these new paradigms emerge everywhere, at once. What have you been imaging? What new ideas have been in your dreams, in your mind? Do not be afraid to let them take root, to give them wings. For the ideas of today are the reality of your tomorrow, and all is be-coming and growing as it should be, as it will be. Rabbit, in particular is a year of good fortune and increase. Use the energies of rabbit to encourage the breeding and rapid growth cycles of those things you want to grow. Do not give attention to that which you are not wanting, for that too will grow if you look at it too hard, if you think about it more than what you are wanting. Just as rabbits build their warrens and mazes, build your plans. Make your outlines of what you are wanting, and don’t be afraid to give your self more than one goal, more than one point of entry to your dreams, just as a rabbit warren has multiple entrances and exits. Warrens often have false entries to confuse predators – do not be afraid or upset if you experience a false start. Simply start again, with a clear idea of what you are wanting. All will be well. All is well. There is naught to fear in this coming year, except fear itself. When you are feeling overwhelmed or fearful, take a page from rabbit’s book and go to ground. In this instance, we do not mean retreat or hide, but rather take the time to ground your self, to clear your mind and refresh your soul using the energies of the great Mother herself, the Earth. Commune with nature when life seems ill, and all will be well. You will be healed. Ask for help from the trees and the nature spirits if you are bewildered. Allow yourself to feel the healing love of the green ray, of the sun, and of the moon. You are blessed. You are well. Blessings, We are with you always, Eden.

A channeled message for May 2010, about the Solar System, the Oil Spill in the Gulf, and the Planet

Dear Eden: Do you have a message for us this month?


Ooooh yes. This month is delicious and wondrous. Great leaps are being made forward in your Solar System by all the beings who dwell there, the angels and devas, the fairies, the planetary spirits and the physical and non-physical beings. People are shifting their realities very quickly. This is working well for most of you. As time speeds up and the buffer zone of time contracts between your thoughts, your desires, and the manifestation of those thoughts, most of you are getting what you want that much faster. Some of you are getting the things you do not want with sudden speed, too: the upside is that these unwanted situation will also dissolve and resolve quicker, too.

Many of you are worries about the ecological disaster in the gulf, and we would like you to know that it was planned by the consciousness of your planet and the people on the planet, to assist you all in shifting away from your use of fossil fuels and towards the development of new energy technologies. Climate change is an elusive concept for most, and not very stimulating, but tangible, dirty damage to ecosystems that you can see and quantify without dithering is a much greater catalyst for you humans to enact change. Do not worry about the animals, for they too entered into this plan with goodwill and intentions, and are willing to play their own parts in the shifting of the planet. They are well, and will continue to be well, no matter what state you perceive them to be in.

Hurrican season will start earlier this year, and there will be a great storm soon, but again, do not worry or fear, for these are just the natural cycles of cleaning and clearing for the earth.

You are all blessed. You are all ONE with source, and we are ALL-ONE with you.

A Channeled Message for March, 2010 about CHANGE!!!

There are no messages for the month that will change what is going to happen. You are on a collision course with change. That is what is happening on earth this month. It is good change, but it is change, and that is not something most of you welcome with open arms. What is going to happen, you ask? You sound afraid when you ask this question. We say: do not be afraid. Open your arms. Open your hearts. Be ready to shift gears quickly, to do whatever needs to be done.

No, there is no great cataclysm coming, but you have already seen two small ones recently, and more small ones will come in the coming weeks and months. The earth is waking up. Her days are getting shorter, the cycle is speeding up, there is a quickening occurring. Evolve, she says, evolve! You have all been yearning for a new earth, well here it is, it is here, and you are still acting as though you are on the old earth. Wake up! WAKE UP! Behave impeccably, live with joy and purpose, do not allow fear into your hearts or minds, for you are living in the new earth, in the eden you all so desired, and yet still you complain and cower in fear waiting for bad things to happen.

The wait is over. Joy is here. Now open your hands and take it!

Working with the Fairies

I would like to work the fairies more closely. What is a good way for me to do this?

Dearest C.,

Working with the fairies is little different from working with the angels, your guides, or various gods. You merely need to ask for assistance, and they will rise to the challenge.

Fairies are part of the elements, of nature, and so they are all around you. With you, they were designed by Source to protect and nurture your physical reality. They are creative creatures, molding and directing energy on your plane at all levels, and so they are particularly well-suited to help you with manifesting your desires and dreams. They have no problem bringing creative thoughts into the physical realm as real and tangible results. So fear not, and have faith. That is the first requirement. The second requirement to working with fairies is that you do not abuse the natural world. Pick up trash, be kind to plants and animals, do not waste resources or pollute.

To ask your local fairies for help, go outside, or position yourself near a houseplant or crystal if you are indoors. Call on the fairies and state what you are wanting, and ask for their assistance. If you are a friend of the fairies, a friend of nature, they will joyfully assist you. Because they are part of the physical, they do appreciate physical gifts: leave the fairies a token of thanks, such as a shiny crystal or object, a floral candle, yummy treat (make sure you unwrap any candy or chocolate!) Then sit back, and allow yourself to believe that all will be well: that is your half of the work. If you feel the urge to do something nice for nature, do it right away: the fairies will be very appreciative: pick up trash on the road, donate money to an animal shelter, volunteer at a park. Soon you will see positive results.

A Message for October, 2009

This month will see a continuation of the shifting you have already begun. Most of you will be feeling more relaxed and settled than you were last month. You know that things are changing, and shifting, but you feel much calmer now. You are at peace most of the time. This is a wonderful feeling, is it not. Even in moments of nervousness, fear or sadness, you are feeling an overwhelming sense of calm that dowses your tensions. You wonder where this is coming from, and we tell you it is coming from a greater connection with your own soul, or higher self, and thus to Source Energy. Source knows no fear. Your soul knows there is nothing that can harm it or reduce the validity of its existence. Your true self knows that you are one with all, and that everything you do and feel is a joyous and beautiful extension of the creative energy of Source. That is why you hae come forth onto this planet to exist on a physical level: to Create, and to propagate Joy and Love. You are the best that this universe has to offer, and your physical selves continue to try and judge the best of the best, but there is nothing to judge. Just BE. Be in the flow of your self, of your joy, and BE at peace with all that you are. Every thought you think, every action you begin, feeds the spark of Source, of God, of the world itself. You are all connected, and there should be no judging. Do not fear the perceived distortions and negativity you sometimes see in your physical creations, for as your consciousness grows so does the love and joy on your planet, and all that you wish to experience, you can and will, and all that you do not wish to experience, you do not need to. Do not try to block others from their desired experience, for in doing so you will only bring their experience into your own. Focus on your own desires, your own joy, your own creation. Ask your guides and ALL THAT IS to fulfill your desires. Trust and allow the energy of Source to co-create with your OWN energy, all that you wish and hope for.

Be hopeful. Be Joy-FULL. Be Alive!
