Sweetnesses, you are light, you are love you are all we are part of everything that you need to be and know and become today and forever. We want you to know that there is no where you can be that is not part of your destiny or part of your being that is right. You are always right. Never wrong, never inappropriate. Be in the moment, be clear and pure. Be exactly who you are wanting to be.  BUT HOW?  You all ask this all the time, you cry and we here you wondering how you can be who you want when there are so many obstacles to overcome and so many things in your life that aren’t perfect. What you refuse to see is that this is why you came here. You came here to become – not to already be. You came here to grow, not to arrive perfectly groomed and made. You are are needing to just be in the moment, be in the moment be in the moment and do every little thing that makes your heart beat just a little bit faster, that makes your skin glow just a little bit brighter, that makes your smile just a little bit wider. We want you to be joyous. We want you to be full of YOU, so full of YOU that there is no room for anything else in your heart, nothing to make you doubt or fear or wonder or hesitate. Just be you. A Channeled Message for 2011 from Eden, Joseph and Christ Consciousness.

Welcome, welcome, welcome! We are so excited to have you with us today. We have gathered our own energies together to better serve you all in this message for your coming year. There is so much that will be happening, so much that you will be able to DO. Everything is aligning in such a way, throughout the year, that the smallest intention to achieve will be answered almost immediately by an opportunity to put that intention into action and achievement. You can do anything you dream of, more so from this day forth than on any day before in your human history.

Do not be afraid. Do not be nervous. Do not fear omens or mistakes or misdeeds. All positive thought will be rewarded with positive potentialialty for manifestation, and all action incurred towards positive manifestation will be rewarded with achievement. Even the smallest signs must be heeded. Do not hesitate. Do not wonder if you are doing the right thing. DO NOT FEAR. Every action taken with joy and feelings of well-being, with truth and honor in your heart, will result in a better state of BE-ing in your reality. Every one. Every time. We promise that to you.

Those that are in tune with their emotional guidance system, with their higher selves or with god-source-divine-light, will have an easier time with this. They will see and feel and intuit what they need to do, and what they do not need to do, and they will not worry so much over every detail. Are you one of those who does not have clear access to your own guidance? We would suggest that before you go to sleep at night you ask for guidance, you ask to be shown paths without fear or entanglement, and that you may become attuned during this time to your higher self so that you may receive better, clearer guidance during your waking moments. Yes, it can be so easy. We promise you that your life IS meant to be that easy.

So many of you have been quietly waiting for your world to improve, for your leaders to catch up with the new generations and be ready to enact a more peaceful  worldview. To treat the world and all her inhabitants with greater grace and love. Well, we tell you that it is time. Your leaders are ready to hear you now. The world is ready to hear you. It is time to speak up, to stop “waiting on the world to change” as that singer John Mayer would say, and to start telling the world to change. Speak up, stop hiding your truth, stop hiding your light. Stop filtering your words for half of the world. Share your truth with everyone. You will be surprised to hear how many people around you have also been hiding their light-filled words, their truths. And when the truth is out, when you all have shared and spoken up and out, then the your world is going to shift with unimaginable speed to incorporate the changes that mass consciousness is truly yearning for.

This month of January will see a huge amount of light entering in the very first week, and again at the new moon of every month after. These will be the times to get clear on what you want, write it down, release it to the winds and let your life flow with ease and gentleness. We are all here helping you: all of source and creation is urging you to succeed, we are all sending love and joy your way, and we are all accessible to each of you for guidance and aid. Reach out, and let your light shine. You will not be disappointed!

A channeled message for December 2010: Shifting, Processing, Your Physical Body and Feeling Well

Right now your bodies are all shifting tremendously. The physical vehicles which your soul pieces inhabit are processing all the muck and goof your physical reality, and releasing each little bit at a time. This is manifesting all around you as little colds, big colds, physical discomfort, brain fog and overall discomfort. Why now? Because you are moving on, up and out! The earth that you are on is not the one which your other pieces will incarnate on soon. Everything is changing. The earth is changing. Your bodies are changing. Time space reality is changing. Why is this so? Because YOU have willed it. It is time for a change. The reality you are living is not working well any more, you are surrounded by pollution and too many people, too much crowding and fighting and too few resources. So you are all helping your world to shift, through your wanting and your needing, through your creative energies which are the same as the one who created you, and you are all creating a NEW earth. But each virus, each cold, each little warped cell and gene in your body is the result of an energetic distortion from your old or current reality, and cannot be allowed to come with you to the new. So you must transmute these energies, you must “read” them and process them, and release them, and so you are all experiencing dead cell throw-offs, head aches and head colds as these things are brought up and out into your consciousness and then released. All will be well. The only things you can do to process these things in a more comfortable way is help your body’s physical elimination processes (drink more water, eat healthy unprocessed foods, pollute yourself less) and be happy. Yes, you heard us: do things that bring you joy, for when you are joy-FULL  your body and soul function at a higher, more efficient level. You are very , very blessed. We promise it is so. You are at the pinnacle of humanity right now, and reaching ever higher. Your higher selves are so happy with you all! Do not sweat the small stuff: do not fret over the wars and politics and little human things. Just be happy, do good, be well. Be of joy, light and love. That is all.

A Channeled Message for July, 2010 : STOP and BE!

STOP. Stop everything you are doing. It is time to take stock of your every movement. Your every moment. Your breath. Your mind. Your thoughts. Your deeds. Your actions. Your beliefs. Take stock now. Stop living mindlessly. You are all so so so busy that you have lost your selves among the chatter and the isolation of your mindless minutes. Spend time with yourself. Spend time with your SELF. With your family. Pay attention to what you are doing. Your every thought and deed are creating every aspect of your reality. That which you focus upon multiplies. Feel hurried? You will be more hurried tomorrow. Get off the wheel, and take a look at your life from another angle. You will be surprised.

Some of you think you are already doing this. OK. Now do it MORE! Be you, more! Be busy, less. Be stressed, less. Be mindless, less.

A Channeled Message for April, 2010

There is an awakening going on.

You know that.

Do you also know that everything you think you know is wrong? And do you also know that everything you believe is right? Do you understand that your concepts of right and wrong, good and bad, are not mutually exclusive?

ALL is one. ALL is the same. ALL is part of source. You still do not see that, you truly don’t.

And do you understand that lack of seeing, lack of understanding is OKAY?

You are in this world, right here, right now, to live! You are here now to be just as you are. Nothing you desire is bad. Nothing you hate is wrong. Everything is the same. This is why the Buddhists speak of detachment. This is why Christ tells you to judge not. Attachment, judging: these are a waste of time and of energy.

BE. Believe. Be alive! That’s it. That is the tall order of the day. THAT is why you incarnated.

Your experience, every little bit of it, is feeding source, fueling the creative power of all that is. Source wants you to want, source wants you to continue to desire and be joyful, for when you do, you are creating more of your self for you, for source, for all.

Be Alive.

The Sick Room -- Dream Interpretation

Dear Eden,

I had a strange dream last night that many people in a countryside medical clinic were sick with a flu-like illness, and a about half of the people there were psychics, along with quite a few old people. I helped my parents, the doctors, but they wanted me to go home so I would not get sick. I knew I was OK but I decided to go along with what they wanted once I had made sure an old man was comfortably settled in one of the back rooms and then left through the back. What does it mean?

This dream was about fear, yours and that of the people around you. This dream was about your growing ability to know that everything will be OK, and to do what you need to do and not worry about how others are worrying. You were very relaxed about the illness in the dream, you knew you would not get sick. The psychics that were sick, that was a manifestation of the spiritual people around you who are, indeed, not healthy in their current thinking. They are all attached to their infirmities, and not wanting to let in a feeling of well-being. Your response in the dream is to make them comfortable, while knowing that their dis-ease cannot infect you, because you are whole, and you are well. Which you are! You ARE WHOLE. You ARE well. You went out through the back because you do not need to flash you well-being in their faces. You do not need to change their minds. You do not need to heal them, or change them, or show them the way. You are best off doing what you like, whether it is out in the open, or a little more hidden it does not matter, so long as you are being true to your self and your beliefs, your truths, your joy.

A Channeled Message for January 2010 about Renewal

Dear Ones,

The time of renewal is approaching! Even though it is the middle of the winter for many of you, and not what you perceive of as a time to plant, sow or reap, indeed this is what the time is that is fast approaching. Soon, you will be entering a new paradigm where you will feel completely rejuvenated. Most of you will begin experiencing small bursts of energy over the month, followed by a feeling of perceived laziness, where all you want to do is rest for a day or two (or three or four). Then you will be ready to jump into action again. Renewing the space around you, the thoughts in your head, the visions before your eyes, everything. Everything.

By the beginning of the next month, the majority of you will feel like you have emerged from a chrysalis, ready to take flight and explore the bright new world around you. In part, this transition is being eased for you by the approach of the Tiger, the new animal for the next year according to Chinese Astrology. This Tiger energy raises the stakes and brings with it a more pronounced bounce in one's step (remember Tigger, from Winnie the Pooh?) It bestows stamina and inspiration, two prerequisites of renewal.

Spring may not be here by the end of the month, but part of you will feel like it is. Take advantage of your increased energy and work on strengthening your visualization techniques. Don't just dwell in the imagination: create something tangible that you can touch and feel that will remind you of what you are trying to create in your life. Seeing is believing, and believing is having.

Help -- I Can't Hear My Guides!

Dear Eden,
I feel so lost and down. How can I connect to my spirit guides and hear them clearly? I'm trying and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is it not trusting enough?

Dearest S.,

You are not doing anything wrong. It is not that you do not trust enough, but that you are not quite listening. The very fact that you feel lost and down is a very clear indicator that you are not hearing or following your own guidance. If you are feeling down, then you are not in alignment with your true self. If you are sad or angry, your predominant thought pattern is in direct opposition to what your true self and your guides would have you do or feel: which is always, at its root, to BE IN JOY.

Everyone receives messages from their guides in a different manner. Some people hear voices, some people find small visual messages through out the day (omens, or confirmations, such as hawks flying overhead when they have a certain thought, or the wind blowing just a bit harder at a particular moment, or a compelling ad on the TV.) Some people experience physical sensations such as a tap on their hand, or a tickle in their ear. And still others experience things in their gut, or just a simple “knowing”. For all, though, the emotions are a powerful indicator which allow one to see when they are on the right path or not. If you cannot sustain happiness, then you are not on the right path. Period.

And when you are persisting in doing and thinking that which draw you away from your self, that which makes you unhappy and joy-less, then you are distancing yourself from your guides, from your guidance system.

So the first thing we would tell you is to do something that makes you feel better. Do something that makes you smile. And then do it again. And then ask yourself and your guides what you can do to keep that feeling. And do that. And do it again. Everything will be as it will be. Trust your self. Trust your joy.

A message for September, about the 9/9/9 September Alignment, the mid-month financial crash some have been predicting and the month in general:

Ah, our dear human channel. You almost did not ask about the predicted crash, because you know there will not be one. Do not worry about it. Your perception of your markets is increasing in positivity, and so they will continue to grow. There will be some new discoveries this month, and in the coming months, both technological and political. They will all bring change. The technological changes will bring in a new way of approaching energy and production, and much goodness on earth will emerge because of them. The political discoveries will unveil truths from the past, and there will be much healing because of it. Some anger and sadness as well, but in general humans will recognize that there is an unfolding of the goodness in the world because of these new truths. The 9/9/9 alignment is no more important than many alignments which have been occurring throughout the years. You have had many such alignments over the last few months – almost every day at times. And the alignments will continue to occur with increasing frequency, because the more aligned you become with Source, the more aligned you become with the process of alignment, and the more it happens. The number 9 signals that you are nearing a high state of alignment. Will you be completely evolved? Will you feel complete on all levels? No, of course not. Then you would actually be out of alignment with your purpose as an incarnated human, which is to be continually evolving and creating and growing and improving. There would be no reason for you to be on earth. In fact, if you felt that way, you would cease to be there, and would find yourself back in the realm of spirit most quickly. What this alignment will bring you is a real sense that you have “leveled up” and raised your mass vibration. It will be noticeable to every being on earth, that there is an increase in the rate of your vibration. And yet, you will feel much the same, as if you were always this way, because you have been having similar alignments throughout the summer, and even your life. Do not give up hope, lightworkers, for you light the way for the rest of humanity. The brighter you shine, the easier it is for the world to reflect your radiance. You are blessed. You are well. Your dreams are but an alignment away.
